Property was clean, quiet, and the meals were fantastic if you chose to stay in. Staff were friendly, and very helpful when it came to booking activities to do. Located about 5 minutes outside the hustle, with many food options along the way. Would definitely stay at this property again as it suited our needs perfectly!

What a precious jewel this hotel is!!! From the moment you arrive, right away you are taken care of with your registration and comfort. By mistake we went to the sister hotel (10 mins by car) and we were treated exactly the same way and they made sure we were taken by taxi to the right one. The entrance to our hotel is really welcoming and beautiful. The open concept that begins from the entrance continues through the hallway, dining room, bar and finally the swimming pool. Everything designed exquisitely, someone took their time to put it together. Our room was perfect. Breakfast out of this world with a lot of homemade recipes such as their jams. And of course the staff, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I am and will always be their biggest fan!!! 🤗

A beautifully designed space that feels like a breath of relief after a long day of tourism in the heat. Breakfast is great, with attentive service. The pool massage is also fantastic, our family of 6 adults all really enjoyed our stay. The rooms and bathroom are also beautiful, very clean and with great finishings. The floor tiling can feel a little slippery for those with 'dry' feet, so caution to those. Otherwise, such a lovely stay and we would return.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. The facilities are very comfortable and clean. It is easy walking distance from the old town, and bicycles are available to use. We loved our four-night stay at Cozy An.

Loved this place. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. We had a top floor room with a view across the rooftops and down the river. There was a small balcony. It copped the morning sun but was great in the late afternoon when there’s a bit of a breeze. Breakfast is good too.

You know a vacation is an excellent vacation when you want to continue your stay. Cozy An Hoi An is an excellent example of what a hotel should be like. All aspects of our stay were looked after in a friendly and genuine manner by all staff and management staff. We could not be more pleased with them. We would like to especially thank Lucy Pham (Front Desk Management Staff) for her tremendous customer support skill set. We could not be more thankful for her help, advice, and support. Compliments to Tracy and the Bar Manager. Nice and thoughtful. I will certainly stay in Cozy An again. However, 1 complaint is that the air con duct in room 604 is not well designed. The air blows into our face whilst we are in bed. Apparently nothing can be done. I hope mgmt will look into this problem

Prgressively appointed hotel in the Go part Hoi an
Everything pops. Interiors and fittings that embody Vietnamese innovation. Flawlessly incorporated compact interior areas with a great restaurant, bar and pool. Very articulate massage and spa. A small walk to the Old City circuit. A short walk to the spectacular Memories show. My pick of many Hoi An visits. Oh, and Tony the Tailor around the corner

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff are so kind and professional specially Bella and Lucy. The room was really comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast is incredibly good with vietnamese and occidental food too, more than a lunch. The pool is very nice and we like the location because it’s quiet near the river and at 12 min walking distance to the market and the unesco heritage.

Schönes und sauberes Hotel, die Zimmer waren sehr modern und schick eingerichtet. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt weg ist aber absolut ruhig gelegen. Die kostenlose Abholung vom Flughafen fanden wir einen super guten Service vom Hotel.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Das Personal war super freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war entspannend und sauber. Fahrräder waren im Preis mit drin, man konnte aber auch super zu Fuß die Altstadt erkunden. Der kostenlose Transfer von Da Nang nach Hoi an war super. Alles in allem ein süßes und sauberes Hotel mit tollem Personal und gutem Frühstück. Hier würden wir nochmal her kommen.
