Loved the huge pool and gardens, but could do with a few more trees for shade. Very nice, large clean bedeoom with nice sheets. Breakfast buffet is decent. Staff are nice and helpful. The area around the hotel has very limited dining options, so most people us one of the shuttle buses to go into Hoi An old town, which only takes about ten minutes and is also a very cheap taxi back. Would recommend as long as you aren't expecting to be in the busy area

Buffet breakfast had huge range, and well stocked.
staff were amazing, and always there to help
only disappointment for us was the beach was not what we expected. There is work being done so noisy machinery, but will be good when finished.

Amazing property!

The room was lovely and clean as was the hotel. We used the gym but found the electronic machines were not maintained and very noisy and clunky. Reception and breakfast staff were extremely friendly. The bar staff around the pool were very disinterested and felt they should have moved around the pool and been much more proactive. Seems the hotel is missing out on business. We decided to support the locals next door who were far friendlier.

The staff were fantastic, the little restaurants around the property were very friendly and good local food very good prices. We even used the laundry service next door they did a nice job.
If you stay in the new building there is a field behind it with some noisy roosters and some sports going on. They were kind and moved us fortunately they had another room available. Nice beach, good breakfast buffet and free shuttle into Hoi An. Hubby forgot his swim trunks and the hotel sent them to us in Da Nang which was very good service 👌
