While I was checking in at 0300 the staff was rude and inconsiderate. I only wanted to stay for a few hours and leave. Check out at 1000. Buy the said I couldn’t check in until 1400.
I would’ve been long gone by then. They are just lacking in any kind of customer service period.

Right next to the beach with beautiful views. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast was great.

This is a beautiful property right across the street from the beach and a great little beach bar. All the little restaurants were right behind the hotel and very convenient and walking distance, the pool was a bit chilly because it’s on the 20th floor and weather conditions were right. The staff were amazing. Everyone was so kind and caring and always looked after everything you needed. My room was beautiful overlooking the ocean from the 18th floor everything about this hotel I loved.

The staff were extremely rude, the room had rubbish in the bathroom like it hadn’t been cleaned, the door handed was broken like the lock mechanism was moving side to side and would take a few times for the key to work. There was mould in the bathroom shower, and the water would take an extremely long time to heat up.
I use the gym daily and when I asked for a towel they said to use my bath towel which I found quite gross. AND THERE WAS BUGS IN THE BED!!! Photos of bugs in bed when we pulled the sheets back!

The staff is very accommodating, just ask! The guys and security were very nice. Thank you for shading my daughter and wife from the hot sun while they got in the car. If you want toilet paper, just ask. Y’all taking how many dumps a day? The dining staff was always a pleasure during breakfast. Anything my family asked for came with quickness.
The facility itself could use a facelift from the outside to the rooms. A little outdated. One of the sockets in the room was busted open. The drain the shower didn’t properly drain. It would over flow and go outside the shower to another drain under the sink that also had the same problems. Wear the flip-flops that’s in the closet. We requested a baby cot and that was scary. It was held with a screw that’s barely in the wood. The whole thing was pretty banged up and the whole bed fell through. The baby ended up sleeping with us. King size bed was clutched . The dining tables could used a good wipe down with some soap. I wiped it with some antibacterial wipe and that was hella brown and orange.The lobby is fairly warm but who stays there. If you can get the ocean view, I highly suggest it. Sunsets are amazing and watching the crowd at the early and evening hours gather is a pretty dope scene.
The location is pretty close to some food, bars, coffee shops, and of course the BEACH is across the street!

Check in late night . Reception gave me room the room with broken lock. Door can’t locked.
Not exchange for me till 1pm next day. ( I have to call
So many time for asking another room ).
I scared and awake all night .
Not happy with the way their staff service.
