Beautiful hotel in the centre of the city. Walking distance to the main part of town. The hotel itself is modern and clean. The staff were lively and let us check in early. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a balcony. Would highly recommend the rooms with balcony’s. The room was large with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was simple but nice. The noodles were full of flavour. Would definitely stay here again

Posted 22 Jul 2023 on HotelsThere's only shower gel in the bathroom, no soap. There's no ventilation in the room aside from a door to the balcony. The shower didn't drain properly, so you just got puddles of water to stand in. The bed was hard even by Vietnamese standards. They didn't replace the toilet paper in our room. There was no bath mat. One of the rooms smelled of sewage.

I will stay here again. Messed up the reservation length online and they helped me and my business partner fix the issue no problem. English is a not great here so make sure you use google translate and everything will be easy. The wifi is very fast and the rooms are built well so you will not hear other people

Rooms were very comfortable. Not ideal for elders to go up the steps to get to the lobby. Breakfast was very good.

The owner is extremely nice and helpful. The room is very clean and modern.
