"If I'm being honestly I absolutely do not recommend staying here. It felt unsafe, unclean and the owners are unbothered despite reaching out. I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself. Pretty much every key safe already had the code on them so anyone walking past could have helped themselves to the property keys. I picked the key to room 5 and when I entered the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. So went through the other key safes to find a key for room 6,...

"Great apartment for heading out on Mathew street, right in the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍 "

"Our apartment had everything and more that we needed to enjoy our stay. It had a well equipped kitchen in order to cook a variety of meals. The lounge and bedroom areas were comfortable, and the bathroom had a spacious shower unit. There was also had a parking space right next to the door. Will be booking again!"

"We are a family of 3, stayed for 3 nights with breakfast and dinner included. The hotel is lovely, clean and quiet. We all slept well as there were no noise of banging doors, people walking in the hallway and no street noise either. Location is great as close to carpark, Albert Docks and the shopping mall. Nice restaurants around but we ate in the hotel. The food is delicious especially the breakfast. The size of the room is good. There are plenty of storage space. The bed is comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends who would like to visit Liverpool."

"Lovely to stay in a converted warehouse. The rooms were huge, the charm of the hotel lovely. We had a massage at the Spa which was excellent. We would stay here again. The only downside of using the Spa is that some of the loungers are broken, i.e. the hooks to adjust the recliner are missing or broken. "

"Staff wonderful only problem I had was the first night there I thought I could hear a car alarm outside but found out it was the safe in the wardrobe I pushed on the back of the box inside the door and it never happened again.but that night I really get a proper sleep The Hotel and staff my room was superb will b going back"
