Hotels with Balcony in Cuyo, Argentina

"This building is located right next to Plaza 25 de Mayo. I visited during the WorldSBK race weekend and the area was really busy. They closed off a street and about 100 motorcycles parked right in front of the cafes and restaurants. It was a good vibe. The hotel itself is ok. Nice and clean. However the toilet was a bit troublesome in my room....didn't flush properly. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was comfortable. I would recommend this place for a short stay."

"The best part about our stay was the service. The people working at the front desk were incredibly helpful starting months before our stay. Using WhatsApp, I spoke with them from the US and they helped coordinate and plan several of our activities, including a great couples massage on premise. I also told them we were staying for my wife’s birthday and they gave us a bottle of champagne free of charge and bought a cake from a local bakery that was ready when we arrived. "The hotel is well located close to many wineries. The view from our room to the Andes was breathtaking. Room and staff were excellent. The curinary experience was out of this world (cheers to the chef). Two things I found that need to improve: 1) communication; we came in on a Sunday midday and were not told the spa (famous) was not opened on Monday. We left Tuesday morning without enjoying our spa day. 2) the bbq experience was poor. Meat was dry and over cooked. Can’t happen in a country...

"A great location. However, property and facilities tired and dated. Electricity, wifi and aircon patchy service and no communication from staff about what was happening. Service was poor and unfriendly - for example for the majority of our stay no one was available on the front desk, and when they were they seemed inconvenienced to have to call taxis/ make reservations etc. Check in was hours late with no apology - we were reluctantly offered a snack which on check out they tried to charge for."
