Lovely staff who were always happy to help especially with very early & late trips. Room was small but adequate. Not the cleanest but comfortable

Would recommend staying at Wifala for your stay in Cusco. Hotel was clean and Jason (front desk staff) went above and beyond to accommodate any needs and questions we had while we were there. We stayed for 3 nights and he made sure we had secured a ride to our destinations. Breakfast was pretty good and served at your desired time.

Posted 12 Oct 2018 on HotelsThe staff were lovely but the building is poorly designed with no sound proofing in the walls or floors so extremely noisy. The plumbing is also very loud. The hotel is located a long way from the city centre in a suburban area.
