El hotel tiene buena ubicacion , pero por la sequia en las madrugadas no hay agua. El aire acondicionado no funciona. No recibimos los beneficios VIP

Great location with very friendly/helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast each day and music in the evenings. They held our bags for a day while we went to Machu Picchu

If you are looking for a place to stay in Cusco look no further. This hotel offers you a great stay with very friendly and trusting staff. Graciela, went above and beyond to make our stay great. The breakfast buffet is delicious. This place is at a walking distance to Plaza de Armas and a little hidden enough to offer a quiet night sleep. There is live music every night and a great variety of dinner options in their restaurant.
