I stayed there for 5 days, but there was only one towel, no shampoo, no soap, the shower water didn't flow well, and the most inconvenient thing was that it was about a 40-minute walk from the tourist attractions. I don't recommend this place. And it's an unsafe area.

The property manager, Guerrmo was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service

It's a decent hotel. We booked two rooms... one had AC and the other didn't.

Excellent Cusco stay

It was unexpected surprise to have a two bedroom apartment but even better when it was is excellent condition
The owner spoke perfect english and was very helpful
The property was well located near a mall
I would stay there again

Charged 15% credit card transactions.
Laundry service we need to pay and they charge 10 soles per kg.
Toilet roll and all other item not provided. They provided one time for free.
It’s an apartment but 1 vessel at property.
Too much noise even some one from other apartment use the bathroom.
