Beautiful property. I would also recommend their spa after a hiking trip. It was well-priced, very clean, and very relaxing.

Fantastic hotel close to everything but just outside the busy and noisy main plaza. The staff were extremely professional including having our rooms ready with our checked bags in room after returning late from a 7 day trek. The breakfast was excellent and fresh water, tea and coffee available at all times. Highly recommend.

Average location. Spent over 500 usd over my stay.
Firsr night no hot water 10am to 6pm. They said they fixed. Next day same thing and changed our room.
Basic services they lacked. Attendents rude sometimes. After we left they called our taxi driver that we need for pay 5 sol for a water. After we spent 1000s of sol in our stay.
Pros. Held our bags. Helped us with a room last minute. Some staff were kind others not.

Beautiful hotel - very charming. Loved the bathrobes & slippers & the hot stone message was amazing. Would stay there again for sure!
