The room very simple and staff was nice. Very different what they showed in the pictures but overall was safe and clean.

It’s a great hotel but not convenient if you want to be more on historic center of Cosco and don’t want to keep taking taxis.

The rooms and staff were excellent. Easy walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Swimming pool and sauna was amazing

Very rude receptionist on the arival!!!
I arrived 8pm after hiking and didnt have much luggage. He kept asking me why i dont have a luggage though i explained to him why.
It shouldn't be his business!
Room was big. Huge bathroom. Nice breakfast.
Completely different receptionist in the morning, si helpful.

Staff was extremely accommodating, food was good and they upgraded me over a very minor inconvenience. The area is nice, the market is close with excellent food options and good prices. The main aware is a 40min walk and then you can go back to the quiet hotel area. Prices are also really worth it. Thank you!
