Idk why ten first review I gave gave them a 4 star. It should have been a 5. I stayed there two different times. The first time I arrived very early but they still allowed me to get a room to rest in. They were very understanding and helpful and Brandy gave me his number so if I had issues I could text him. I could get tea or coffee any time I wanted. The room was clean and with warm comforters. Breakfast was great. As expected from other hostels in the area. I always had warm water although it took a few times for to adjust to the way their shower works. They always asked how my day was and they helped me with booking tours. They also had laundry and they had it ready and on time when I asked. It’s a pretty cold city so If you get cold easily you should really take warm clothes. My room also had a working tv. On my last day Brandy took me to the street to help me find a cab, he and his family (family run place) are very friendly and helpful. Will miss them.

I liked the service. Keep in mind that Cusco is cold.

Room was too cold, extra blankets and pillows by default would be nice. We were in a room facing street and outside noise is easily heard.

Staff are kind and courteous. Facility is clean. The breakfast is nice. Great location -- easy to walk to historic center. Lots of little markets nearby. Each room has a kitchen which is convenient. My only complaint is that the shower water temperature quickly changes from scalding hot to freezing cold.

Lovely staff, decent room, average location
Posted 5 Feb 2019 on HotelsLovely staff, decent room for the price. Main issue is the local street has a bit of a stray dog problem and it’s a fair walk into Plaza De Armas and San Blas to access a lot of the restaurants and bars.

Cheap Place to stay

Pros: The staff!
Cons: It was very Cold. Heaters should be standard.
Its a Cheap Option to stay in Cusco. The staff is very nice and helpful, the appartment was comfortable vor this price.

Triste por no haber llegado a destino
Posted 23 Jul 2017 on HotelsLamentablemente perdí el vuelo y la estadía en Cuzco por culpa de LATAM q nos dejó varados 14 horas en Santiago cuando llegué a Lima no había cupos hasta el martes, lamentablemente perdí todo todo por culpa de LATAM.

usted no pudo alojarse en nuestro alojamiento, veo que nos puso tres puntos lo cual no perjudica mucho a nosotros como hotel, le solicitaria eliminar el comentario por favor, ya que si no pudo llegar fue por culpa de latam y no por el hotel y 3 puntos al hotel nos perjudica.
saluodos y lamentamos mucho su mal viaje por culpa de latam.
