It was impossible to communicate with the staff. I asked for airport pickup and give them my information and for my flight and yet they never got back to me. I got to the hotel and everything was locked. I then proceeded to call their number (not in service) so then I emailed them (invalid email). I then had to message them through this app and they never got back to me. I was supposed to stay in this hotel for four nights and ended up having to get a different hotel for all four of my nights in Lima. Absolutely terrible. I haven’t got a refund either so I highly recommend for anyone to stay anywhere else.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They truly went above and beyond. Bed was comfortable, area was clean, and quiet.

This hotel was perfect for my stay in Cusco! The host and his partner were very accommodating and made sure that I always had everything I needed and felt right at home! The host also provided pickup and drop off to and from the hotel! The location was great and in close proximity of the airport and just a short drive to the main square. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Nice place to stay and breakfast was good. Sports and play area opposite was full of (happy) noises at times. About 40 minutes walk to main tourist area. Awesome food market close by.

Unparalleled hospitality of Sr Efrain and Sra Mercedes. They offer hot served breakfast, Clean property and good price for an accomodation. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it if looking for a small hotel.
