Context: reservation due the location and price. Arrived: different conditions, more expensive (less discount), the room wasn’t ready, etc. Solution: we had to pay more. We had to move to other neighbor hotel the 1st night and then to this hotel. Bad communication between the hotel and the services provider platform, and between hoteles in Cusco. Summarizing, please be sure that your booked hotel is exactly with the conditions offered and please check the comments to avoid stress

I was very frustrated I did not receive confirmation with exact location to the residence. I could not get in touch with anyone in the property to check in. By the time we got a hold of someone it was really late. They gave us a room that was very dirty and not ready for us to rest in. I was very disappointed and frustrated.

Llegué al alojamiento a las 11 pm y no me permitieron la entrada porque supuestamente me llamaron temprano y no les contesté para confirmar mi llegada cuando ya estaba pagada, por lo que tuve que buscar en ese momento hospedaje en otro lugar cuando la zona no me parecía nada segura y reporté la situación a Expedia.

Se genero la reserva con 1m de anticipación y cuando llegamos no lo habian agendado y nos pusieron camas en un bar al aire libre, la persona que nos atendió no nos daba ninguna solución
