We regretted staying at Ayni Cusco because it was far from downtown historic center. We had to pay for a taxi every time we will go there. It was nothing to do at Ayni. the hotel look empty. The bar area look abandoned . People were nice though.

The staff were great, with a good breakfast and easy check in. The staff helped keep our bags in storage for two days while we back packed to another city. The problem is the noise in the hotel and around. Dogs and chickens making noise all night, hard to sleep.

Staff are nice and helpful, just 10 mins walk away from town centre, the hotel is very clean too

This hotel it is a 3 stars. Cookers Kenny and Veronica were very good and their calabaza and chicken soup were the best!!!
Very clean and bed is good!
The building it is very noisy!! You can hear she people are using the bathroom. Also they have a roof top and when they have party it is very annoying and very loud!
The staff are very attentive and they have airport service too. Each one of their staff are amazing!!
It is 30 minutes from the Plaza Mayor by taxi.
