Location is superb. Staff members are friendly. But guest rooms need more furnishing. There is basically no place to sit down inside the room. Night stands, table, bathroom countertop are all tiny.

Loved the Hotel personality and character. It was not just another hotel that blended with all the others. The staff was very helpful the breakfast with good.

Be ready to wear earplugs. The sound of the plaza is constant day and night. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is convenient. Facility is well kept.

Excellent customer service. Very reliable and trusted personnel. When we were in the Cusco airport, My sister realized that forgot her cell there and she called them and immediately they sent the cell phone to the airport.
It was great!!
I highly recommend La Casona Real!

El Hotel cuenta con excelente ubicación tanto para los tours como para salir a cenar o divertirse y el personal es atento se preocupa por que todo este bien te responden al momento, resulven de manera diligente y tienen muchos detalles con los huéspedes altamente recomendado si necesitas un lugar limpio y accesible con buena atención.
