Localização excelente, perto de vários shoppings, restaurantes e cafés. Quarto de tamanho bom c/banheiro espaçoso, ducha com bom fluxo, mas com uma temperatura instável. O café da manhã merece destaque, muita variedade, qualidade e rapidez de reposição, excelente! A academia merece outro destaque, é muito completa, difícil de encontrar uma assim em hotéis! Funcionários muito solícitos e cordatos. Tem um mini supermercado no térreo do prédio Os manobristas do estacionamento são bastante cuidadosos.

Restaurante deficiente

El servicio del hotel es bueno y las habitaciones son cómodas. Pero el restaurante tiene precios elevados para la calidad que ofrece y el servicio es muy lento y malo. Solo por el restaurante no lo recomiendo. Hay otros hoteles con mejor proluesta, menor costo y mejor servicio.

Bem localizado e colaboradores atenciosos!

O Hotel é bem localizado no Centro - Batel. Confortável e espaçoso, inclusive com conveniências como mercado, cabeleireiro, etc.. Café da da manhã com muita variedade, mas lamentavelmente sem sabor, incompatível com a estrutura do Hotel. Limpeza do Hotel deixa a desejar (lixo no chão, bitucas por dois dias seguidos nos mesmos lugares, etc.), no entanto, a acomodação estava sempre impecável. O estacionamento é pago, tem manobrista, mas o controle inadequado. Por duas vezes, teríamos pego o veículo de outrem. Os colaboradores, sem exceção (recepção, restaurante, limpeza), muito solícitos, educados e gentis. A recepção é ágil e eficiente! O custo benefício não me valeu!

Hotel com excelente localização e atendimento da equipe. A limpeza do hotel é impecável! Quartos confortáveis. Restaurante do hotel muito bom. Porém o brunch não inicia no horário programado.
