I gave this hotel 5 stars because of the service and it’s very budget friendly. It’s located in the heart of the city and has a pretty decent breakfast. Thank you for a nice stay.

The communication among the staff members could be better. I had a problem with my TV and the following shift was not aware of it and it took two days to be solved.
On the checkout no one asked if everything was fine, if there was any improvement to be made.
