"It fit our family of 6 just fine, with room for 1 more comfortably. They were able to accomodate our luggage after we checked out so we could make the most of our last day in Santiago. A great space for a family to enjoy downtown together. Bring your own soaps/shampoos etc. Plenty of places nearby to purchase all you need when you arrive. "I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

"Property was really good, location was even better. Walking distance from a lot of interesting places like Cerro Santa Lucia, Plaza de Armas, some museums etc. And nearest metro station is like 5 mins walk. There comes up a market on the street right in front of the hotel and because of GAM and University Catolica being super close it remains very lively and safe until very late in the night. Although if you prefere super quite, not for you then. Lots of restaurants including a bunch of international options are also nearby. Both area and hotel are also very good for non Spanish speakers."

"Great hotel in great location by restaurants and stores. The train is nearby. All the main sites we visited didn't take long to walk too. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great breakfast selection which is included with your stay. "
