Really lovely hotel with excellent, courteous, attentive and responsive staff. They checked in on my stay constantly and when I had questions, the response was immediate. Really convenient location in Cumming too.

The property is well maintained and the bed is quite comfortable, breakfast is ok.

Nice hotel, quite modern, clean and tidy and free breakfast a bonus. I was unlucky that when i stayed there was a lot of noise from other rooms and outside. Would still recommend this place

Really a nice stay! Only negative (one of which I forgot to mention at leaving) -- at 'breakfast' fork is too flimsy -- didn't break but was afraid it would, and eggs seemed grainy. Now the 'aggravating 'thing was that the toilet 'seemed' loose. 'noisy' when sitting down --- and it wasn't the tank cover --- I took it off to see. So, will consider staying there again.
