Property was in good condition. Good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Only complaint was aide entrance door was not requiring security key when I went in. It was daytime so that may have been regular protocol and being locked at night. Don't know.

The entrance is difficult and is at the back of the hotel so it doesn't look as nice when first arriving, but the front side is great and everything is nice

The hotel and room were clean, but there was an overpowering smell when we walked into the lobby, which permeated throughout the property. It smelled like really strong chemicals. With the exception of the room at Disney's All-Star Sports Resort, this was the smallest room we've ever stayed in. It was clean and comfortable, but small. I was afraid to sit on the couch, as there were 2 big stains on the cushions. The towel rack behind the toilet was loose and about to fall off the wall. The staff were all very friendly. and the breakfast was good.

Staff was professional, friendly.
Handicap bathroom was very spacipus and clean.
Couch was not clean, only drawback.
Did not sit on it.
