The fact that it’s almost 11pm at night and you hear doors slamming and people above us STOMPING is CRAZYYY!!!! Not happy at all the public sucks! As far as the room and the staff are it’s a great stay.. but you hear EVERYTHING!!! And it’s sad that I traveled hours for this train ride and I’m not going to get much sleep because of rude people!!! And no I’m not being a Karen it’s called RESPECT! The people beside us must have multiple people walking in and out of their room all day with their door slamming constantly. Kids running and screaming up and down the hall way. Again the staff are amazing. If I had anything to add it would be to add more pillows to the bed. If u want a good night sleep I’d suggest to be on the top floor around NOBODY.

The room was very clean including the bathroom. The front desk staff was very helpful.

Overall OK, 'suites' are always a bit different.. no carpet always a wood type floor. Strange fuzzy bedspreads and weird cooked food smell in room....but good A/C and good hot water for shower. Good location and reasonable price....

It was quiet but there was barely anything to do in the area. Mall was mostly empty...depressing.

Our get away!!!

Well the check in wasnt good. I didn't like how the man at the front desk asked me to get my husband's ID. I had mine and we have been married for 30 years! Why couldn't I use my ID? My husband was right in the car and he is handicaped. And the floor in room 308 was very dirty. I had to wear my shoes when we were there.We did like the room very much.
