"항상 친절하게 웃으며 응해대주는 직원들 너무 감사하다. 침대는 넓고 푹신하고 방은 항상 깨끗하다. 수영장 수온은 적절하게 따뜻하고 조식은 신성한 음식들로 가득하다. 룸서비스는 여전히 완벽하게 서빙되었고 여기에 머무를 수 있음에 감사하다. 이 전에 방문하였을 때 좋은 기억만 가지고 있어서 다시 방문했는데 이 번 방문으로 이 호텔이 더 좋아졌다. 키토는 환승만 하는 시티였지만 이 호텔로 인해 키토 여행이 무척이나 궁금해 졌다."
