Nice property, very friendly staff, especially the young man who checked us in 12/13 at 3:30. He was a pleasure to talk to & so nice!! Property looks brand new, our suite was very comfortable & loved having choice of soft or hard pillows. Breakfast was basic choices; waffles, cereal, pastries & a couple items in a chaffing dish and there is a 24/7 coffee bar. Enjoyed our stay in Cullman & will definitely stay here again.

Beds were very uncomfortable- booked and paid for queen size beds, got full sized and not the only guests with that kind of issue. We could hear the guests above us walking around. No exhaust fan in the bathroom - condensation would run down the mirror and walls after every shower. The staff was indeed wonderful, very clean facility, nice selection of beverages in the restaurant. I would stop back into the pub, but not spend the night.

Comfortable, clean, looks like a new location. Felt safe. Beds were comfortable. Morning front desk staff Jeanie was amazing making breakfast for us when their staff called in sick. She kept apologizing. Breakfast was great! I left her a painted rock for her hard work.
