This is a slightly smaller hotel that ironically had the biggest room for us in all of Spain. And the people were so friendly there it was almost ridiculous! I would highly recommend the Crunia Hotel to anyone.

The staff were excellent- checked me in after a midnight flight and were very helpful with information next day. The room was very clean and comfortable and the whole place very well cared for.

The staff went above and beyond to be helpful with our stay. The receptionist was extremely helpful in arranging a Covid test for travel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Dear Michelle,
we are sorry to read you did not enjoy your stay.
This is a business hotel focused on people who look for a quiet & clean hotel to sleep.. A basic and quiet place to come to sleep and relax, not a hotel to party.
Nobody complaints about train track noise because of our windows and becaus there are only a couple of trains per da. If you complain about cold and noise, that is because you sleeped with open windows. If you do so, you will hear any noise from the outside and room will get cold because last days we were at 4ºC at nights.
