"This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "

"The hotel was close to everything, restaurants, shopping and the lake "

"We stayed for 5 days & enjoyed our stay in the Lake. We were in the top floor apartment which has a lot of stairs to climb, no lift. It is a little noisy as it’s right beside the main road so bring ear plugs as that made it better at night to sleep. The second room in the apartment is difficult to stand in as its ceiling is very low due to being an attic. I would recommend the owners upgrade the towels & bath mats as they were very old The staff are very lovely, helpful. Special mention to...

"Reception area was spacious with seating areas indoors and outdoors. The huge breakfast room was well-laid out and had many various options, and it had very efficient staff. There are two elevators that are larger than some other European hotels. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bathroom, also. The only negatives for us were the lighting in the bathroom is not adequate for viewing yourself in the mirror. There is a magnifying mirror on the wall, but the light above the sink is poor....

"Lovely find between Morcote and Lugano. Shuttle bus collected us from Lugano train station for an our 2 night stay. We had a very large room overlooking the lake. Everything was clean and well looked after. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to Morcote or a bus/shuttle ride away from Lugano. The spa and restaurant were also of high quality. "

"Our stay at the Villa Clementina was spectacular. This villa is owned by the sweetest family (Barbara and Remo). When staying here we felt as though we were apart of the family. The staff is wonderful (especially Orietta, Anisa, Roberta, and Colin). Mery and Gheeta did a fabulous job at keeping our rooms tidy and were very friendly. Everyone was attentive, warm, and open. Chef Paolo is a master chef, we ate every dinner at the villa. His food was the best we had in Italy. We miss everyone, and cannot wait to stay again. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We loved our room since it had a beautiful view of the city and lake. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge, but unfortunately pots, pans and utensils were not included. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we are in Lugano we will definitely stay here. Our kids enjoyed themselves as well. Thank you for a wonderful, and pleasant stay! Arrivederci. "
