"Customer Service is very poor. It doesn’t matter to be in a country like Cuba to have a good service and have people feel respected and cared of what have being paid for. "Die Unterkunft war die teuerste auf kuba, dafür auch am komfortabelsten. Der hauptgrund, warum ich diese Unterkunft gewählt habe ist, dass angegeben wird dass es free wifi gäbe, was nicht der Fall war. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht und kümmern sich gut !"
