Had a terrible experience. The ladies at the front desk were very mean and when I asked if I could turn on the AC, I was told the city had banned them for turning them on because the pandemic — a lie. I stayed at a hotel a block away and they had working ACs. The internet was non-existent and despite all that just the service was overall bad. I don’t recommend staying here.

We received a text telling us the hotel was closed for “a hydrologic problem. So we never went and shouldn’t be charged! t a text from them but not from. Hotels.com

I decided to stay here because it was close to some family. I had been given a tour of the hotel prior to my stay and thought that it was a nice small hotel. I made my reservation for a standard room with a king size bed but was given a very small room and full size bed. When I asked the employee that checked us in about our room & what I knew we had booked, she stated that the hotel was fully booked and that they would be unable to give us another room. It was late and my husband and I were exhausted so the employee and i decided we would figure it out the next day. I happened to have an event in which hair and make up stylists were coming so I was given access to a bigger room for a fee. I had no choice but to book it and later explained to the owner of the hotel about the room situation. I was told I could not be reimbursed for the difference in the room as the reservation had been sent by hotels.com as a smaller room with a full size bed. I was told after the second night that I could be moved to a room with a king size bed after I asked if the fee for the bigger room could be waived since we were staying in a room which was not what i reserved or paid for, i was told no because the accountant would not allow it. All in all our stay was ok. On our initial tour, we were shown the nicest rooms and we were given a room that was really run down and later a better room. It was an ok stay just make sure to call and verify what you paid for.

Good choice for a late night stay

Arrived late at night and was looking for a comfortable place to stay. The room was clean and the grounds are nice. The king sized bed was very hard for my preference however and had some broken springs, and the ceiling had a bit of water damage. Overall, for a last minute booking, it was satisfactory.
