Es un hotel muy familiar, las albercas son fantásticas para niños de preescolar y primaria. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy limpias. El personal es muy amable.

Just OK - A bit overpriced

Comfortable and Pleasent Stay
Posted 10 Oct 2017My family and I went to visit family in Cuernavaca. We stayed in this hotel. The rooms were excellent! The breakfast Buffet was beyond delicious and the pools were perfect temperature. The staff was always attentive and their laundry service is 24 hour turn around time and left my clothes great! The place is clean and beautiful! I can go on. Great Hotel!

Convenient hotel
Posted 1 May 2017 on OrbitzSolid hotel that covers the basics. Reliable wifi connection, good breakfast, comfortable room. Mattress could be better, gym needs to be upgraded. Friendly staff.
