Location its anazing not much of traffic noise across a park and pubs. Walking distance to all transportation modes. Its extremely clean and maintained. Staff is amazing.

This was my first visit to Cuenca, and I absolutely loved the city. Hotel Azul de la Plaza was an excellent base to explore the Centro Historico. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and above all, very comfortable. The location really cannot be beat, the price was more than reasonable, and there was parking available in a secure lot. When I come back to Cuenca, I will absolutely stay here again.

Great service and great location
Posted 23 Apr 2023 on HotelsGreat staff and great location. Wilmer and his staff went above and beyond to make us welcome even made aji for breakfast. Rooms had an old-world charm with modern bathrooms. Located across the plaza from Jodoco brewery, our favorite, was the icing on the cake.
