Staff are nice and the hotel is clean and elegant. But the rooms are very small and all equipment (everything from the gym to the hairdryers) is ancient and on its last legs.

Great location, within walking distance of most landmarks. However, I experienced issues with hot water during my stay. Additionally, there was an excessive use of spray (either bug spray or cleaning spray) in the elevator and corridors, resulting in an overpowering smell.

The hotel is very close to Cuenca's Square. The rooms are well designed and the staff is very professional and courteous...

El staff muy agradable, pienso que deberían tener una tarifa especial en este momento mientras el ascensor principal esta en mantenimiento pues si es incómodo movilizarse en el ascensor de carga. Pero fue una buena estadía, si volveríamos

I paid for a room with a city view. You know the ones like on their pictures. I was put into a room that was the size of a closet. So I complained and showed him what I paid for and then I got a room with a view a rooftops nothing else. And then I was charged on the way out for things. I didn’t even use like the alcohol that I don’t drink.. if you read this, I think you can figure out the rest!
