The roll in shower in the accessible room needs some redesign, and they should construct a pocket door otherwise the wheelchair user needs to back into the shower, close the door and then get to the toilet.
What I really liked was the friendly staff, the doormen, the waiters, the housekeeper. Wish they had filtered water instead of water bottles.

Horrible experience, our air conditioner broke and the room was extremely HOT! They refused to give us a refund or switch us rooms. They attempted to fix the issue with offering us free breakfast. Stay away from this place, you been warned.
