Pigeons noise day and night, street bad smell dirt, but it has a good location

Great location, dirty noisy area, hotel gave me 2 rooms where we had pigeons noise day and night. One of the rooms terrible bed and a tiny safe box not for laptop

No kettle at the room and no hot water outside to make coffee or tea.
