Very conveniently located in the proximity of everything. Rooms have great view of the city and staff is really helpful.

Our stay at the hotel was very good but there was very loud construction next door especially in the mornings.

Staff unwelcoming. 1st room given smelled like cigarettes, told the receptionist offered to add a scent. I asked for another room it was intolerable. Bedding was dirty, pillow dark stains, outlets dirty, tv remote not working. Went down again to service desk, she looked at me like I was out of my mind. Pulls out a drawer and says Oh I don’t have batteries but I will take one from a room. Mind you the remote was taped broken. Toilet seat dirty.Breakfast buffet lady very rude, sees we are a bigger group and says: juice or fruit for ea. So if you chose fruit you cannot have juice. Only luke warm water from a pitcher no ice in sight. One pancake for ea and served separately from the full meal. So you finish your pancake in one minute and you wait for the plate. Never offered syrup, pancakes were burnt, we never had a full plate and left. Horrible location. Building or structure next door under construction very noisy. Elevator shakes tremendously. Building sways. Really it sways. Glass window wall had a huge crack very concerning. Two water bottles per day for our big group. Upon walking in receptionist do not greet you. Thin walls! Thin. I heard it all. Do not stay here. Do your research and find better. Less than one star place. At the end they give you a questionnaire for service. The audacity.

It was easy reserving at this hotel. I reserved for my godmother and she had a wonderful stay. Even she couldn't sleep on the 1st night because of mosquitos. She let the staff know about it and they resolved it immediately. Also they have breakfast, good option. My godmother loved the green natural juice...She felt really confprtable. Tha k ypu!
