Fue sencillo llegar al hotel, sin embargo, al hacer el check-in, la persona en la recepción no mostró la mejor actitud. Por otro lado, el señor que nos ayudó con las maletas fue muy amable y nos proporcionó información útil como el acceso al wifi, números para contactar a recepción, así como detalles sobre los desayunos y cenas; su atención fue muy apreciada. En cuanto a la limpieza, dejó mucho que desear: Encontré bastante basuritas y polvo detrás de los muebles. Además, la puerta del baño se atoraba, lo que requería un empujón fuerte para abrirla. En general, fue una experiencia estándar. Si tuviera que hospedarme de nuevo en CDMX este lugar no sería mi primera opción, pero tampoco lo descartaría para contemplarlo.

Rude front desk people

The hotel itself is an old building and the walls are thin, you can hear EVERYTHING. The service is not the best. Everytime you leave the hotel, your key is disactivated so everytime you return you need to ask the front desk to activate your key card. The people that work at the front desk are rude and roll their eyes when you ask them to activate your key card, even though it's a simple task and part of their job. The cleanliness is decent. There is no drinking water and the bathrooms smell bad. I would not recommend staying here.

The front desk staff and manager were not friendly. I found them rude and I accommodating. The bellboy and maids were great. It was nice that there was a pool on the roof but very restricted.

I couldn't stay there. All rooms are too old and doesn't have plugs around beds (less in good places). Do you need to use your PC? You can't. Never gave me wifi connection. They do sign enter and when you go to the room and return with recepcionist, they said: all rooms are too old and doesn't facilities. How is possible that Expedia shows a good play to stay there and the hotel was nothing near to description?. I want my refund for fake. Expedia and hotel lie me. I didn't stay there but when Expedia call to the hotel, they don't answer calls. And never you will find managem... And they don't care you security and comfort. When you enter, you will see a living, the furniture is dirty and old... And when you arrive to you room, you won't find facilities (a woman said didn't find a phone for call and other have tube tv... Too old). Don't trust in the hotel and Expedia publicity. I'm waiting for my refund. Everything was fake here..

EVERYTHING IS OLD, EXPIRED: TV DEVICES ARE TRASH, NO AIR CONDITIONING, FAUCETS DROP WATER. WORST OF ALL, THE HOTEL HAVE, TWO ELEVATOR, ONE OS OUT OF SERVICE, THE OTGER ONE DOESN'T WORK ALL THE TIME.
