"The communication would had been easier if they didn’t only used Zalo. We were lucky our cousin joined us to communicate as she had Zalo. There was no one at the desk as stated. "The property was AMAZING. Awesome pool and fully equipped kitchen. There were 2 things that bothered us during the trip. There wasn’t any body shampoo and hair shampoo as promised. The other thing was the fan that wasn’t working at the living room. Other places are easily accessible by getting a Grab. Parts of the hotel is still under construction so beware that noise can be an issue. "하나의 독채 아파트를 사용할 수 있어요. 화장실도 두개고 주방도 엄청 크고 관리도 잘해주십니다. 푸꾸옥 여행가면 샤워 필터는 필수라고 해서 저희도 사용했는데, 다른 날 숙소들에 비해서 필터가 엄청 깨끗한 편이었어요. 건물이 지어진지 얼마안돼서 그런지 수도관이 깨끗한것 같았어요. 그리고 숙소에 있는 패드를 이용해서 야시장, 소나시 해변 등 관광지까지 가는 셔틀을 부를 수 있어 너무 편했어요. 이 셔틀 덕분에 이틀동안 그랩한번도 사용하지 않았네요. 에어컨도 시원하고 호텔 수영장도 좋고 직원분들도 엄청 친절하십니다. 다들 영어도 능통하셔서 의사소통도 편했네요. 엄청 만족하는 숙소예요"

"The hotel was amazing, staff were helpful and extremely nice. Our room was always clean, stuffed with new bottles of water and fresh towels. They even had a beach bag and slippers, a mosquito spray and an umbrella. The room itself was so authentic, a real bungalow. It was worth it to pay extra for breakfast; it was so variable and delicious. We would definitely recommend this place to visit. We are even thinking of coming back for a longer time. "

"Beautiful property. Kind of far from all the activities on the south side of the island (water sports like scuba diving, jet ski, attractions like cable car & Sunset Town). For a 5 star resort we were surprised when we asked housekeeping to clean the bathroom twice and the toilet was disgusting after it was “cleaned” - found toilet water on the seat & floor. Staff were attentive most of the time, but not all the staff were good. "

"We loved our stay here. The facilities were exceptional and cannot be faulted. The variety of areas to sit and relax, sunbake, swim etc are fantastic. It is tranquil and relaxing. Rooms a beautiful and everything is luxurious in the rooms. More regular availability to order food and drinks would be great - maybe a QR code ordering system as couches all have numbers. Staff are trying but are struggling to keep up with the demands of the vast number of nationalities that are visiting. A shuttle service out to the varied restaurants and spas as well as the ATM would be fantastic every half hour - that would complete the experience. Overall I would definitely highly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely return. "

"Booked a room with pool access which was a little misleading as the pool which is outside the room is about knee deep. Other than this was lovely hotel very clean, breakfast was amazing so much choice and variety. Hotel has its own stunning private beach too. One of them hotels where you don’t need to leave "

"Beatifully managed property, clean and staffs are helpful. Breakfast buffet had good selection and daycare for kids were amazing. Spa was great, pool was amazing. Loved happy hour at the pool side bar and good food decently priced. Wish the pool had more "programs" like aquafit or pool equipments provided for free rather than charge for tube rentals. Overall we would recommend the property to family and friends. "
