Awesome little place
The tipi was perfect! It was a perfect mix of camping and still having all the necessities you needed to still feel like you were at home! We loved our trip at the tipi; it was exactly what we were looking for! Thanks Sasha and Oleg!

If you're adventurous....
The owner has tried really hard - the teepees are custom painted and equipped. Old carpet remnants on the floor. Teepees were hard to get in and out of, and could not be secured. The ground outside was uneven. However, the local neighborhood is run-down; the site could be really tough to find in the dark. The area is built up, so there's not a lot of privacy along the canal. The bathroom is not private; it's shared by at least 2 teepees, and is in an older mobile home. The night we stayed, it was near freezing; the small heater didn't make any difference.

Fantastic
This place is magical. Such a fun experience - the feel of camping with the amenities of the indoors! The tipis are cozy and decorated so nicely. The bed is comfy and morning breakfast is really delicious!. You are outdoors so keep in mind that there may be bugs but they didn't bother us at all. If you're looking for somewhere unique and romantic, you found it!

Teepee located in someone's back yard
Cute idea but teepee needs freshening up for sure! Mildew smell was nauseating. the mosquitos buzzed by my ears the entire night. No way to lock up teepee while we slept which was a bit unnerving. The owner was VERY nice though.

Description on website is not accurate
The owner is very nice and friendly. The accommodation’s description on the website is NOT accurate. The two teepees are located in the backyard of the owner’s mobile home in a residential area. They are canvas, floor is just carpets thrown down, there is a portable ac unit inside the teepee, the box springs and mattress are on the floor not a frame, neighbors are close so can hear them throughout the night. The bathroom is shared between the teepees but is actually located inside the mobile home, as well as a dining table and “lounge area”. It may be good for some, but for me it did not work. The dampness and mustiness was rough on my allergies. If you enjoy camping, this might be a great experience for you.

A Unique Way to Spend the Night in Floral City
A great stay overall! The tepee was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It was a cool Florida night, and the heaters and blankets kept us comfortable all night long. The homemade breakfast was delicious - certainly worth the nominal extra fee. The location is a quiet, simple residential neighborhood, and the tepees are a stone's throw from a pleasant lake. The restroom is a shared restroom (if there's anyone staying in the second tepee) - clean and, perhaps, 20-30 feet inside the guest house side of the host's home. The hosts were communicative, friendly, and hospitable - they even built us a fire during our stay so we could sit by the lake and drink hot chocolate before settling in for the night. A fun, unique way to spend some time in Florida!

Dissaster
This so called resort is totally unacceptable and I plan to demand a full refund. We wouldn't let our dogs stay there let alone people. There were 2 gross, filthy old teepees in the back of an old trailer house. There were no facilities and the man told us we could use the inside of his trailer if we needed to use the bathroom or shower. The lake looked worse than any swamp I had ever seen on any horror movie. How could anyone ever get this posted on Expedia! It was a total nightmare. What a joke. . . they should be ashamed to ever think someone would consider staying in such a unsafe, unsanitary area. Expedia should be ashamed to have this posted on their site among respectable hotels.

Tepee Adventure
We went for an adventure, and had one for sure! The tepee was even nicer than we imagined. The service was great. The only thing misleading about the accommodations is that the bathroom is not private. You share it with all the other people staying in the other Tepee. The only way you have a private bathroom , is if you happen to be the only one staying at the resort. Other than that, everything was as anticipated. A very rustic rural setting, which is what we wanted to get away from the big city.

Nice experience
We were a little skeptical at first but it turned out to be a very great experience, the owners were awesome and cooked a wonderful dinner of steak, salad, garlic toast, and a chocolate fruit fondue for desert all served by a firepit. I will recommend this place to someone looking for an adventure!

Nice weekend getaway
Oleg was an amazing host--most gracious and accommodating. We took our kayaks and had a wonderful day of paddling on the river. Would definitely go again just not in the dead heat of summer. The a/c couldn't keep up with the heat during the day but it cooled down at night for a great nights sleep!

Amazing and relaxing night in a teepee
Awesome teepee!!! Nicely decorated and very comfortable...ac works great!! especially for outdoor camping in the FL summer. Beautiful lake that offers great fishing (caught 1 in 2mins with a piece of chicken from our dinner leftovers)...The host was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. He made us a nice fire and offered us marshmallows for roasting which was a nice touch to the evening. you can also opt whether or not to include breakfast for a small extra fee...which I do recommended, it was delicious.. Highly recommend staying here if you want something out of the ordinary and want a little adventure.

Fabulous place to stay for a unique experience
This was a really unique place to stay. The hosts were very obliging and they went out of their way to make us feel at home. It was a real tepee but it was also very roomy. There was a king size bed plus a queen air mattress, AC and heat in it. And there was still room to move around. My wife, who's a light sleeper, slept like the dead. And be sure to check out the fishing, it's right on a lake.

Unique Stay
Very interesting and unique experience to stay in a teepee. The decorations were fantastic and the accommodations very clean. We opted to have breakfast and it was wonderful. The homemade hummus is some of the best I have every had. Really enjoyed our stay. Oleg was a great host.

Very Unique
The Sitting Bull Tipis are nicely decorated, furnished and very comfortable. The Two Tipis are on the bank of the Withlacoochee River so fishing is a possibility. We biked on the nearby 46 mile Withlachoochee trail. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They served us an excellent vegan dinner in the evening and offered us a campfire.

Our new favorite place to stay!
First off, I wouldn't call it a hotel. More like a bed and breakfast. You stay in teepees but the owners (super nice people) have opened up (and blocked off) part of their house so you have a private bathroom. These teepees are HUGE! They have everything you could ask for, mini fridge, heater, a/c and of course lights. Plenty of outlets for you devices and free wifi. It's on the water so you can bring your fishing pole. They also provided breakfast! We had poached eggs with bacon, homemade hummus, biscuits and much more. Almost too much to eat. We will definitely be back as soon as we can. Oh, and they are fine with older kids staying, just call them first to make sure. Can't say enough about this place and the hospitality we were shown! A+++++
