I visit at least twice a year for conferences and am greeted by an organized, polite and professional staff.

Front desk staff requires re-training, waited hours for my room because I was told not to come to the front desk, I would be texted when the room was ready. The text NEVER came...Westin used to be the esteemed brand...management needs to up their game regarding training.

My trip was very quick, the staff was accommodating. The bathroom felt a bit small, however if was clean, and we’ll appointed.
