Love the location of this property and parking included was a much needed bonus. Great property, very spacious and well equipped. An extra blanket would have been perfect for the cool winter nights. Will definitely return when I next travel to Sydney.

Traveled from the country for a medical appointment. Convenient location The bed was a little to firm but overall good accommodation Would stay again

Great location Communication with booking staff first class My room definitely needed a good spring clean The bathroom shower tiles and grout was not nice

Construction works opposite all night and very poor communication with no check in reception

Nonetheless, we try to communicate in all possible digital avenues to ensure a smooth arrival experience compared to the offerings of a conventional hotel.We also apologise for the construction works. Please note that the metro works are legally not allowed to operate throughout the night and unfortunately, we have no control over the works during the day.We constantly work on improving our services and we find your feedback valuable. There is constant construction across the road from the apartment. 7 days a week from 7am until late. This was not disclosed and was unbelievably loud. The beds are rock hard with no base just a mattress on wood. There are a number of other repairs needing to be done including a sliding door surround that fell on my head. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU’RE AFTER A REAL LIFE CONSTRUCTION SITE EXPERIENCE!

There are major noisy metro works across the road from the property.
