I stayed in back unit. The sleeping area was great however there is mold by the first window to the right when you walk in the door. The shower was way too small and the shower curtain liner is dirty. The bathroom was clean but shower curtain liner needs to change. The walkways to the unit isn’t paved so it’s hard for women with heels to walk in or out without considering spraining your ankle. The flood light about the door worked when it felt like it so have your phone flash light ready bc it’s a bit dark back there. There was construction to the pool happening and wasn’t notified until the day after we got there so individuals swam at their own risk while workers was finished in the afternoon. (Construction isn’t forever so don’t hold that against them, it’s a pool update but we wasn’t notified and that didn’t give us the option to find someplace else with a pool.) Would I consider here again? Yes but I’ll would book a different unit with bigger shower space and paved walkway.

I booked the room with a queen size bed but the room has a full size bed.

Around pool and yard needed cleaning. Floors needed mopping. Beds were uncomfortable. Bed linen had hair on it. Needed an outside sink to wash clothes. Was told that we were getting 3 queen size beds but got 3 full size beds instead.

Jason,We are sorry to hear your trip did not go as planned. As noted while you were on site, our rooms are exactly as noted on the booking platforms; two doubles and one queen beds. I am not certain why an outside sink was needed as we advised you of a full laundry room equipped with washer, dryer and utility sink.We pride ourselves on providing a clean and safe environment and our staff ensure the quality of our facilities is maintained. If you had an issue after we facilitated your 10 am checkin, you could have told us and we would have definitely resolved any issues. Lastly, I’m sorry you did not get the late check out you requested and again, that your stay was not what you expected. Thank you for staying with us and best wishes to you and yours.

Stay was excellent, very quiet and peaceful
Pool was relaxing
Bed was comfortable
Water pressure was excellent
Fridge however wasn’t working properly (the seal around door wasn’t closing it properly)
Parking was a bit hard with other guests staying as well

The location itself is very good. 5 mins to the airport, walkable to storebay beach and a very short taxi away from pigeon point. Lots of food options within walking distance. The property however was just ok. The flooring was peeling in our room which made me a little anxious travelling with a one year old that puts everything in her mouth. The toaster oven stopped working by the 4th day. The door to laundry sticks… I had to try multiple times to try and lock it and the communication with Emmanuel was often delayed. I’d reach out for information and sometimes it would take hours for a response. A Toilet paper request made in the afternoon wasn’t received until the afternoon the very next day.
