Posted 27 Feb 2020 on HotelsI booked and paid for a Superior room and paid for it. When I got there they gave me a normal room. When I asked about it the receptionist was not happy and said they are fully booked and that’s the only room available

Very nice, new hotel, but noisy rooms
Posted 6 Jan 2020 on HotelsThe staff was very welcoming, a nice hotel and excellent service overall including a local breakfast with high quality meats, cheeses, breads, pastries and fruit. However, despite the new condition of the hotel, regret the walls had very little sound insulation so you could clearly hear conversations and television from all adjacent rooms.

Convenient and with friendly staff
Posted 21 Dec 2016 on HotelsVery kind staff in general. Too bad there was a problem with wifi during most of the stay, but everyone from the staff tried to solve it at all the times and even changed my room to have better coverage.

Five Star Experience
Posted 18 Jan 2014 on OrbitzWere it not that the bar and restaurant facilities do not meet 5 star criteria I would give this hotel " the full house" - not that there is anything wrong with them. Meals were good and very well presented. The restaurant and front desk staff were fantastic. Nothing you wanted or needed was beyond their courteous service. The rooms were modern, well cleaned and provided all you could need. Positioned between the airport and the city it's location was good for business and pleasure. It is some ten years since I was last in Crotone and the San Georgio is a much better hotel than the ones available back then. I hope I will be able to return before too long.
