Checked in on-line but when I checked in the desk person still made me go through all the same stuff. On-line check in was pointless!

Quiet property, breakfast was warm, several options and stocked when needed. Cable did not work and asked through text message for help and received a text back 5 hours later. I fixed the issue myself. Other than the late text, everything else was great

Relaxing and quiet pool area, just wish the jets worked on the hot tub; room was clean, but the beds were a little uncomfortable; staff was very friendly and knowledgeable; and the breakfast had many tasty options for all palates.

I got in at midnight and in the morning I asked for a late checkout. The hotel wasn’t busy. The front desk person said no and wouldn’t budge. He said the cleaning staff was ready to leave. They were not. They were still cleaning several rooms. Housekeeping also knocked on my door two hours before check out even though I had my do not disturb sign out.
