I have stayed at this property many times and have always had a good stay, until this last time. I spoke to the manager about my concerns and would prefer not to post them here.

The property/grounds are immaculate…the front desk staff was superb and the lobby was spacious, clean. The continental breakfast could be better…coffee service only offers flavored coffee mate. You should always provide regular creamer (not just hazelnut or vanilla) as people have allergies.

This was our first time staying at SpringHill Suites, and we were pleasantly surprised by how modern and clean it was. The separate area with a well-lit desk and spacious sofa made it comfortable and roomy for my husband, me, and our two teenage daughters. We also appreciated the convenient space for a coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge. The breakfast was enjoyable, especially with the hot oatmeal, though generally comparable to other similar suite hotels. One small disappointment was a malfunctioning waffle maker that the staff didn't take notice of and allowed to be used repeatedly, resulting in many broken-up waffles. We didn’t have a chance to use the fitness center or pool, so we can’t comment on those amenities. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely book here again!

Only issue was being able to watch the TV it dropped your show constantly and was difficult to operate the menu options it kept you on advertising or hotel menu..It was bad and annoying
