The lead concierge, Louie, was fabulous with his interactions with us - the time given, the knowledge that he shared with us, and the connections he used to ensure we created amazing memories. "The hotel is of a very high standard with wonderful views of Mont Ventoux. We had a detached garden house which was amazing. Where the hotel is lacking is around a personalised service. There are minimal staff and they rarely interact with guests. The hotel operates on a “help yourself” basis. There is an honesty bar and breakfast is entirely self service. "We absolutely loved our stay at Coquillade. The property is surrounded by its own vineyard, creating a peaceful and picturesque setting that feels like a true escape. We woke up each morning to lavender just outside our window and stunning views of the property. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was ideal: quiet and serene, yet just a short drive to several charming villages full of character and local flavor. Coquillade is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed. It offered the perfect blend of relaxation, nature, and luxury. We’re looking forward to returning."
