Check in was very slow. Receptionist said I hadn’t paid or booked the two rooms
yet I had email and credit card confirmation. Eventually it was resolved but it seemed there were issues with lack of understanding of their check in system. No security when we arrived back at 12pm and the reception area was unmanned and we were able to work to our rooms unchallenged.

The best budget hotel I have used, even had room service.
