The bed was so comfortable we had the best nights sleep for a long time. The hotel and grounds were excellent. Very dog friendly. Will definitely be using them again.

Beautiful hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful. Go above and beyond for customers. Rooms lovely & spotless, nice spacious bar area and food was delicious. Will definitely be returning. Thanks Cranage Hall for a fab stay.

Excellent for dog and close to Chester. Good stop in easy reach of M6 north or south. Dogs allowed in the bar but not in the restaurant. Bar not laid up for breakfast on Sunday but was on Monday morning.

Received well, staff polite, but let guests walk in and seat themselves rather than enforcing the wait to be seated.
