The venue is in a beautiful historic building. The facilities are great including a pool with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The rooms had massive comfy beds and were cleaned daily with plenty of towels and extra tea, coffee and biscuits. My only quibble is that the rooms didn’t have internet tvs.

Nice authentic hotel with an old part with a lot of charm, new part less…lots of rooms, Clean room, parking can be busy with outsider coming, nice bar Restaurant Brasserie was under our expectation, 3 times the ribeye needed to be cook properly! I love this hotel. I go to Crewe often for work and I always chose to stay here. It’s a lovely building, the pool and spa are is nice, the food is lovely, the wine list is great and the staff are lovely.
