"Great location, 20 minutes from Old Town, 10 minutes from Universitate metro, but on a busy road so you may want to keep the windows shut. Fortunately there is efficient air conditioning (controlled by a remote). Clean, comfortable, with a small kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave, kettle). I kept the blinds closed against the heat and the workmen outside, and then found the lighting a little dim. Brighter bulbs and/or a bedside light would be welcome."

"I have stayed here a few times and like it a lot. It’s v close to Piata romana. Small problems are: the internet is patchy. It’ll sometimes drop for no reason, and won’t appear on WiFi for a little while. Secondly, I’m uncertain that they change the door pass code. I usually ask for the bedroom key so that I can lock it at night and also when I go out. "

"Iarca inn is a wonderfully advanced apartment hotel. All check in and entering/leaving are technically efficient, but the apartment is very well appointed with cooking and laundry facilities. I wish my time here would have been longer. It's very secure, but died require a car and Internet proficiency to make the best use of this great property. Thank you for an excellent stay. "nice location, there were restaurants and bars across the 'river'. the person at the front could not speak english which made things a bit frustrating for both parties but it worked out. view was nice. unit had full fridge which we liked, in unit washer and dryer, although the dryer took over 3 hours to dry a load. nice little space for 4-6 people."

"Sadly the management team was selectively unresponsive in modifying our reservation due to a sudden death in the family. The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation."

"We had some initial issues with Expedia putting this apartment in Old Town when it is not, luckily we managed to upgrade on the way there to one that is. Unfortunately by coincidence our upgrade then suffered a burst pipe so George upgraded us again to the property next door! Both apartments were lovely regardless! "Nice hotel and staff, spoiled by attention to detail. Some blood or ketchup on the exterior door frame that housekeeping should have spotted and cleaned without being asked. Pay for breakfast it's worth it. The hotel's in a good central location close to the Metro and walkable to Old Town (restaurants) and many of the sights. You'll need sturdy shoes as the pavements and Metro stairs are in poor condition, but this has nothing to do with the hotel!"
