The apartments are large, modern inside and well equipped. Some things one should know. There is no AC, which means that the quality of sleep can be affected in a heat wave. It cools at night and the windows are large, but there are mosquitoes and no window nets. There are mosquito coils, but the fumes can be worse than the bites for someone...

"Our stay was outstanding. We got to stay in an 8th century abbey! We had so much space and a full kitchen. Beautiful property. Our hosts were outstanding, very attentive, responsive, excellent breakfast prepared by the family, good wine made on-site, option for traditional dinner (we didn’t have it but it was nice to have the option), just wonderful overall! Laura and her daughters and husband do an amazing job. "

We arrived late and very tired from a long walk, and though the kitchen was closed were given a good meal in the outdoor hut near the rooms. The pool looks out over a vast and beautiful valley. "We stayed here from June 17- 20 in 2019. Loved it! We stayed in one of the apartments w/kitchen and it was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. The property is set on beautiful, well kept grounds, and we had constant breeze coming into our apartment so days and nights were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! There was a michelin star restaurant walking distance from the property, but unfortunately, it was reserved for a wedding party the few days that we were there, so we weren't...
