The room,appeard clean but there were roaches and hopping spiders. The staff gave us som.e bug spray and we later bought some on our own. The staff was nice and accomodating. The grounds were not very clean and there were guests putting their cigarettes out on the stairs up to our room. Also flipping lit butts on the veranda where they could be stepped on.

Totally filthy inside and out on the balcony or the room above, creating a musty, moldy smell in the room floor was covered with dirt and filth. The bathroom floor was wet look like possible leak under the sink the bed we had one dirty moist bath towel in the room for two people that was total for the towels wash clothes, it looks like a lot of people are long-term and the curb sidewalk along the parking lot. The ashtray just filthy loud music playing at 3:30 in the morning with a parking lot party going on.

Great check-in and check-out. The staff was very friendly. Only issue is there is a lot of people outside hanging out after midnight until 4am which would wake me up and made it difficult to sleep. Room was clean except the towels were stained.
